This year, we managed to develop our own Warehouse Management System (WMS) that will offer us a wider visibility into our entire inventory and will allows us to track every unit for improved order fulfillment.

Having our inhouse WM system will allow our team to systematically and effectively locate the products requested in real time, while increasing our flexibility and responsiveness. All the information that were traditionally maintained as packaging lists hard copies, can now be maintained digitally.

Located in Buftea, ELI ELI PARK 1 is our new “centralized location for all the goods” and we want to invite you on a digital tour of our warehouse and meet our team from Logistics Department who identify, sort and dispatch the goods as soon as the shipment arrives.

Today Decor Floor operates with two logistics centers, in the Central Eastern Europe, one in Budapest and one in Bucharest. This gives us the advantage in being competitive, while ensuring best services for our Partners.
