AFI TECH PARK, a Class A office project, is creating an IT&C/ Campus style environment in an urban complex with ample green areas, providing high technical specifications similar to all AFI projects. The building was designed to achieve a Platinum LEED precertification.
First impressions are an important part of human interaction and because of that, the reception and lobby area’s concept must capture the culture of the organization and be welcoming and practical, all at once.
Comfort, durability and visual appeal are all important factors for the flooring plan. Through a unique layering technology, the surface of Laminam Oxide reproduces the effect of oxidized metal which reacts to the atmospheric agents, the sun and the passage of time. The material and chromatic depths created a new refined 3D effect for a total look in designing the AFI TECH PARK reception.
For the sanitary groups, the architects have chosen the longest running collection from Laminam, because it fully represents the concept of versatility, boosting excellent performance.
