Located in the heart of the historic center of Bucharest, DACIA ONE building represents a veritable example of mixing tradition and contemporaneity. This Class A office project comprises an extraordinary monument of 1.500 sqm and a new modern building of 13.500 sqm. In recognition of the high standards of energy performance, Dacia One achieved the WELL GOLD and the “EXCELLENT” rating in accordance with BREEAM standards for green building certification.
During 2021, we delivered and installed over 10.700 sq m of raised access floor, more exactly, the CBI28S which is a (600x600x28mm) semi steel encapsulated calcium sulphate panel. The load bearing capability was one of the most important technical factors, when the architects considered CBI Europe’s raised access floor system. One of the advantages of using RAF in a building project is the ability to have a proper flexibility of the space and the possibility to easily implement new technologies in the future. With a fire resistance rating of REI60, this system guarantees maximum user safety in a fire scenario.
Due to Agrob Buchtal’s innovative manufacturing process, these porcelain tiles are a great choice for ventilated façade cladding. Besides the light weight and special fastening technique, the KerAion K8 façade system also offers high resistance to weathering, color/dimensional stability and low maintenance over time.

During the CIJ Awards 2021 Gala, DACIA ONE project was awarded with the Best Facades/ Exterior Design of the Year.
