The flooring plays an important role in how people will physically participate in your event. When an event floor plan is designed well, guests don’t notice, because their focus is exactly where it should be – on enjoying the celebration they took part in.
For the sitting area, the architect decided to go with a daring carpet collection from Milliken, in order to achive a contemporary and outspoken look. With its 90% recycled content cushion backing, this product provides improved underfoot comfort that reduces leg muscle fatigue and adds a touch of elegance to this venue. Made for heavy commercial use, Artistic Liberties carpet tiles feature Milliken’s StainSmart technology which is a protective treatment against unwanted stains.
The large dancefloor was “equipped” with a highly functional product from Gerflor. With its stylish silver design, Saga 2 LVT comes with the innovative Protecsol® surface treatment – meaning no polish or wax for the entire lifetime of the product- providing easy cleaning and maintenance. The cork underlayer brings sound impact insulation (15dB) and massive levels of comfort which helps to enhance the ‘feel good factor’ of people dacing on it.
Speaking of cork…have you seen the “coconut” walls? They are covered in JPS cork panels because of their excellent noise dampener qualities. Besides their timeless look, this material is eco-friendly and takes its inspiration from the environment without harming the goods of nature.
