ARHISAS was tasked with the architectural design for SIGNAL IDUNA OFFICES, located in first building in Bucharest which has achieved the WELL Health & Safety Rating – EQUILIBRIUM building.
The variety of work settings, from shared collaboration desks to closed focus rooms, means the space can respond to different needs and is not created for only one type of end user. This strategy successfully allows staff to work flexibly, while providing the comfort and security of a team environment. SIGNAL IDUNA OFFICES invites individuals to identify which setting fosters their best work.
Alongside the clean design, the architects have incorporated a number of elements with a refreshing touch. The flooring plan is one of them and it showcases a dynamic mix of highly functional carpet ranges, contrasting fabrics, and youthful nuaces, giving the space a pleasant vibe.
The architects decided on two outstanding carpet collections from Desso that would definetly make a statement!

With the concern of health in mind, many natural plants were placed across the office to support productivity, improve air quality and reduce the stress of the staff. The natural light exposure coming from the large number of windows offers occupants a feeling of calmness and enhances the openness of the space.
A kitchen area was added, not only for its main purpose, but as multifunctional zone for visitors and staff to lounge in while bonding away from a desk.
