On the 18th of January the CIJ Awards Romania happened, a night to remember in what has been a challenging past year. The stars of property came out to celebrate all the nominations and winners for 2021 with a backdrop of live music and delicious food.
The winners of the competition were selected in a two-stage voting process. A selected jury committee of 3 groups with recognized experts from the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries. In the second stage an online balloting of 2500 votes were cast from CIJ EUROPE readers. The weighting of the jury committee and online CIJ readers votes represented 61% and 39% of the final result.
Decor Floor won two awards:
- Best Materials Provider of the Year
- Best Facades/Exterior Design of the Year for Dacia One, office building, together with the amazing teams at STUDIO 10M and Alusystem.

The CIJ Awards Romania, now in its 14th year, recognises and celebrates projects, transactions, companies, as well as teams that excelled over the past year. Nominations are judged on a multidisciplinary basis.
